The stoplights in this four block stretch of downtown Rockford are very badly timed. I take this way to work each morning. After turning west from Kishwaukee on East State Street, I always make the first signal in front of City Hall, and usually the signal in front of Chase Bank. However, since the stoplights are not timed well, I always miss the signal at Madison Street and the following light at Wyman. Could these lights be timed for better flow into Downtown Rockford?
