This definitely has to b taken care of.. between the apt trash and the trash from public. In addition when ever there's a baseball games there's trash @ the curbside. Another problem.'s a double build up of trash.Then when the street sweeper arrive there is always cars parked on Richey. That makes is more difficult to keep clean.COC, how can U fix this ongoing problem..

This same thing is happening on my street Hamilton Drive. They just blow everything into the street.

Therefore, the property owner/tenant must be provided notice and time to cure violations. In that effort, we opened a case, CE21-1074, and a courtesy notice with the information you provided has been mailed to the owner/tenant. An inspection will follow within 3-5 business days. If we find your complaint is a private property code violation, we will issue an official notice of violation, and enforce until the violation is abated.
