Street cleaning can be a lenghthly process as it is conducted by priority with main communter roads being taken care of first. Street cleaners have been cleaning main roads, collectors, islands and boulevards in and around the City for approx. the past month. Equipment can leave a bit of a swipe of gravel off to the side sometimes, as seen in the attached photo. That said, we are still working on on the downtown area and will continue work on main roads for a couple of weeks yet. The residential program should start once priority roads have been cleaned.
