Almost daily I see drivers speeding through the red light on Ashby at this intersection. Over the past two days I saw this happen twice while on crutches in the crosswalk. Berkeley needs to get serious about making arrests for violators at sufficient frequency to get the word out before more pedestrians are killed and maimed by reckless drivers.
