Nothing has ever been done about this issue that I can see. There is still a huge puddle every time we get a good rain. Not an issue in the winter months, but a big issue with mosquitos in the summer. K. Dynes

This situation with installing a drain inlet in the alley has been formally reported to Richmond Stormwater Management ( Request #20020857215) so that proper inspection and handling can take place accordingly. Nothing has ever been done to resolve this issue. Please tell me why it was closed and what analysis will be done to resolve the root cause of the issue. I can submit another picture the next time it rains if need be. The original does not do justice to the huge amount of water that sits at this spot in the alley every time it rains. Thank you.

To my knowledge in the year+ that this ticket has been open nothing has ever been done about it. I don't even know if anyone's been out to look at it after a heavy storm.

I think it may help to submit a better picture. I almost thought this was a joke based on the supporting photographic evidence.

1/21/2014 – Service Review: Currently under review by the City of Richmond government – additional follow up being conducted for updated information to see if a plan will be devised for installation of a drainage offset device - right now we have not received a yea or nea and we are continually checking

3/18/2014 - Service Review: Richmond Stormwater Mgmt Team noted that as of 1/24/2014 that this location is being reviewed by their Enginneers for a possible improvement thru the maintenance group.
