p.s. that looks more like a white german Shepard than a husky. Maybe mixed but mostly german shepard than anything.

I have seen the same dog several times lying in someone's driveway a couple of doors down from the community garden. It will sometimes follow you and then go back to its driveway (it's never been on a chain). Tonight though it ran after my dog and I when we were walking. My (small) dog is afraid of large dogs though so the walk was not a good one. Whoever owns this dog should be courteous and not let it off leash.

Being specific about the breed or likely breed when reporting helps to find the dog's owner. Chill out.
