UPDATE: Parking Enforcement Agent has been on site to ticket the vehicle. Parking Enforcement office contacted for tow of vehicle.

UPDATE: Case Closed for now - Car has been removed. A big thank you to the Parking Enforcement Agent for ticketing the car - don't know if vehicle was towed but it's no longer there.
