    This neighbor has mountains of trash and clothes and garbage. Constantly feeds birds. Throws food on the street and sidewalk. I have seen possums, skunks, rats run in and out of the garbage pile.

    There are two HUGE overgrown bushes that were planted by the homeowner a few years ago. They have taken over the entire sidewalk. We can not park by the bushes and get out of our car from passenger side. There is also a lot of suspcious activity around out neighborhood lately and I have seen people hide behind these bushes and then proceed to look into cars at night. I have talked to the homeowner about cutting down these FAST growing bushes, but there are still there.

    There is a loose manhole cover in the middle of the road on south Kingsley drive. The issue started around 10 days ago and has got progressively worse.
    Every time a car drives over the cover it makes a loud clanging sound disturbing the peace, particularly at night.
    Please have something done to fix this issue asap so rsidnte can enjoy the peace.
