    The block wall along Heavenly Way at 1363 Birdsong is deteriorating. The stucco has fallen off and the underlying blocks are exposed. This is a big eye sore for our neighborhood. We have a nice neighborhood except for this ugly wall. Not sure if it is city property or private property- something needs to be done. It needs to be repaired.
