    There has been a cable pole down in the middle of Hunt since Friday, there are cones and road closed signs but no indication that the cable company is coming it fix it.

    We have contacted Comcast several times about this exposed wiring, they did confirm it was their utility post, and told us a year ago someone would be out to fix the problem. We've followed up several times to no avail. Children and pets walk on the sidewalk adjacent regularly and we fear this is a safety hazard.

    The project at canyon road and 136th widened the road and removed a telephone pole. They had Xfinity come out and move the cable serving 5120 136th St E. So they ran a cable through my yard, and a neighboring property to that address instead of across the street to the new pole. It is currently anywhere from 1 foot to 3 feet off the ground.

    We had Comcast for 13 years and recently las 2 months we were losing signal even internet around 10pm. We reported this several time even a year ago and they fixed for few months and started to have this issue more frequently. Every time we called Comcast were offered new packages and of course more expensive and of course we were forever waiting on the phone waiting for some one to connect to assist us. We got tired to have this issue and we cancel cable 1 week ago
