They seem to be running a tire shop out of their garage.

There's litter everywhere on their property.

There's always someone drinking out in plain view on the side of Addison st, which is not their front or back of the house. There's been times when you drive or walk pass this corner house there is someone passed out drunk while kids are playing or when we're walking with our dogs.

I'm not familiar with sanitation code, however I did hear and see water being pumped next to and onto the sidewalk (under the brick wall next to the driveway, to which we walk, but don't know if it's sewage and sump water or just sump water. Either way, I imagine the water is causing erosion under the sidewalk and causing it to dip in that spot. I thought sump water is supposed to discharge onto the grass only.

The owner is pumping water from their sump pump straight onto the sidewalk. can they pump the water anywhere not on the sidewalk please.

Selling everyday without permits, strangers walking in and out of the home. If you read the ad, it's stating not to contact just to show up between the hours of 2-10pm every day Unless this person was granted unlimited Yard sign privileges or business license I don't think this is allowed. This was reported to the police last year and yet nothing has been done. I will report every day if needed and take it to the news if needed also There are Town is not doing anything to help residence

There painting gutters outside damaging grass and have garbage leaning against the fence
Painters are drinking after work hours and urinating outside in public view

This residents always have cars parked on the sidewalk. Strollers cannot get through bicycles.Cannot get through an electric wheelchairs.Cannot get through.I have seen it 3 times so far driving past.But I can't get a picture because i'm driving..

Dead tree in backyard overhanging the power lines. Needs to be cut before it falls and takes down the lines

I feel for this homeowner, because no matter where he moves his discharge hose, it floods part or the entire sidewalk and driveway - as seen here. There's so much water coming out of that one discharge, that water continually flows all the way down to the sewer at the end of the block from him alone. In addition to the following discharge options, they could begin applying a lawn-friendly surfactant to allow better lawn seepage. Two discharge ideas would be to bury one or two underground tanks (equal to their sump pit volume), within an additional depth of gravel (for excess discharge), plus connect 4 to 6 total discharge ports to the tank so water can spread better across the lawn. Measuring the flow rate and cycles per hour will give your expert the best tank size to bury. Imagine what this ice rink (I mean sidewalk) would look like after a thaw-freeze cycle. Best of Luck.
