This house has been a blight for months, and the residents routinely leave unoccupied vehicles right in the street for hours on end.

House looks abandoned with trash everywhere, front lawn and backyard making the area smell rotten and attracting rodents.

There is CONSTANTLY a ton of trash, debris, overgrown weeds, and even broken furniture tossed into the VERY TOP OF THIS LARGE LOT, along the entire upper portion of it, which is ONLY ACCESSIBLE ALONG HILLMONT DRIVE (not Outlook Avenue), despite the lot belonging to an Outlook address. The trash and endless blight is DIRECTLY ACROSS HILLMONT DRIVE FROM 7500 and 7510 Hillmont Drive. In addition to the obvious extreme BLIGHT, there are also oftentimes USED CONDOMS AND USED NEEDLES HERE, as well. It is a MAJOR ENVIRONMENTAL AND HEALTH HAZARD.

This property has been like this for many years and poses an extreme fire hazard to the neighborhood. This property is also along one of the few major evacuation routes (Snake Road) in the Oakland Hills which is in a Very High Severity Fire Zone. Please get property owner to remove the highly flammable/overgrown debris from their property.

This property is getting worse by the day Woman is living on front porch of boarded up house Trash everywhere spilling into the street Saw her remove her pants and take a dump in the front yard while out walking with my child It should not take this long to fix this problem!

Recently abandoned shopping center now covered in graffiti and trash. Hold the property owner responsible !!

The shopping center at MacArthur Boulevard at High Street is completely covered with grafitti (more than what is visible in this photo).

The black car in the photo was dumped by 4 men in the middle of the parking lot yesterday 8/29/2022 at 11am (reported separately)
