    For several months this RV has been parked in front of 1744 Parkside Dr, near Buena Vista Ave. I am not sure if it runs, looks like someone is living in it. I had seen this RV parked on our street off and on but parking enforcement always made them move. Now the RV is leaking or draining something from the backend that is staining the street, I am concerned what this is and that this person is allowed to live in the RV on our street.

    This inoperable vehicle has been parked in this turnaround on Rice Way for over 2 years. It is preventing the Republic Services trash trucks from using the turnaround, which is causing the trucks to have to pull into private driveways in order to turn around. The turnaround must also be kept clear for fire trucks, so in addition to violating Article 3 , 1-6.301 v. of the City of Walnut Creek Nuisance code, the vehicle also poses a safety hazard.

    I don’t believe the city of Walnut Creek finds this acceptable on a public street. This is the only place someone can park for free and it has been the same cars for at least 1 -1/2 years. This appears to be a fire hazard and is definitely a public nuisance as weeds are literally growing in debris.

    2685 Overlook has been under construction the entire time I have lived in my home- over 2 years.

    Not once have I been informed of construction- meanwhile I have been cited for my tree branches being too low.

    This project now has parked massive trailers along Overlook making it a one lane road- on an already extremely dangerous corner with -0- visibility. These are parked overnight and lately I can barely even fit my car down the road it is so tight.
    It is extremely dangerous.

    Also, this project starts making noise before 7am.

    It is ridiculous.
