City tree has damaged (white) fence on Pepper road near splash park and tree branches are over in residents property. Resident is requesting city tree be trimmed or maybe cut down.

Please snake the drain. In the last rain storm we had, trash got into the drain. This is not the first time that happened. Every time that happens, my bathtub shower water drains slowly. This happens every time the bums hang out in the lot that has a no loitering sign, and they throw trash on the ground that gets washed into the drain when we get rain storms.

When trucks were fixing sewer pipes at 4258 and 4266 Beach they parked their heavy trucks behind my garage now I see my black top sinking

Missing catch basin lid.

Alley behind 4254 Beach is sinking and there are pipes backing up in to the house. Reports were made at 2 other house on this sewer line and had to be fixed.
