Midtown Management District PLUS

The crosswalk at Bagby and McGowen has several large chips that need to be repaired. It is a serious trip and fall hazard. We have had of elderly people getting there canes in the cracks and has actually fallen to the ground.

Grass area outside our home is not aligned after construction. Also, there is cut trees dumped in front of home. Please align the grass area and remove trees

Broken Pavers at sidewalk intersection curb ramp.

SE corner wb ramp has large hole in it due to construction. Hole has been there for several months now

Tripped on these broken bricks. I coulda died.

When will the sidewalk be replaced? Why remove the old one 3-4 weeks ago and leave dirt for us to walk on?

Please fix or place boards or tarps down. I'm tired of dirty shoes and dust and not being able to walk in heels or sandals.

Horrible sidewalk conditions over here. My father in law who's in a wheelchair came to visit us and we could not use the sidewalk here. All the sidewalks in this 3-Block area are in terrible shape or non-existent.

The sidewalk has sunk approx “ creating a water trap every rain. Water depth is over 4” 24 hours after a rain rendering the entire intersection impassable for several days.

Sidewalk not broken, but floods whenever it rains and leaves unsightly dirt residue when it dries which lasts for weeks after. Third attempt to report issue (original 2-7-23) without result.
